Myoma Dunes Mutual Water Company (MDMWC) is governed by a 4-member Board of Directors who are elected by the Company's shareholders. Board members serve a 4 year term. As a mutual water company and non-profit mutual benefit corporation, MDMWC's Board operates under the Company's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and is responsible for setting policy, approving rates and the annual budget, and overseeing the Company's operations on behalf of its shareholders.
